Requisition/Check Request > Maintenance > Attachment Requirements
Attachment Requirements provides organizations the ability to combine Filter Templates and specify a number of attachments to further restrict Requisition/Check Request processing to ensure all necessary information has been captured. Requisitions and Check Requests must meet the attachment requirement based on the Filter Template rules in Requisition/Check Request Entry, Approval, Review and RFQ. If the attachment requirement is not met the Requisition/Check Request will not be Submitted and/or Processed and the user will receive an Error message that 'Attachment Requirement has not been met'.
Check the box to select, then press save to remove the desired line.
Check the box to make the line item active.
Select the previously created Filter Template.
Integer field (Number of attachments required for submission)
Example:
Three filter templates are created:
One for Requisition/Check Request Header Amount > $2000
One for Requisition/Check Request Header Amount > $5000
One for Requisition/Check Request Header Amount > $10000
Header Amount Greater Than is set to $2000.00 and Required Attachments are a Requisition or Check Request with a Total of $2001.00 and 1 or more attachments can be submitted.
Header Amount Greater Than is set to $5000.00 and Required Attachments are a Requisition or Check Request with a Total of $5001.00 and 1 attachment cannot be submitted, error message "Attachment Requirement has not been met" is returned.
A Requisition or Check Request with a Total of $100.00 and 0 attachments can be submitted. The Total amount $100.00 does not fall under any rule on the Attachment Requirements page.
