Centralized Document Management is available in WorkPlace by setting up documents on this form.  Once a document is setup all users will instantly have a new tab available on their Dashboard containing Documents.  All documents setup here can be downloaded by all users.

If checked the attached files are available to all users.

Group Name

Documents can be grouped together on the My Documents tab by this value.  All documents with the same Group Name will be in the same section under the heading of the Group Name.

Caption

Enter the name or identification for this document.  All attached files will be displayed below this caption on the My Documents tab.
