Security - Transaction Alternates Tab

Assigning a User as a Transaction Alternate allows that User the ability to enter or modify Requisition/Check Requests, Expense Sheets or Timesheets for the selected Users/Roles. If a Role is selected then the User can Enter Requisition/Check Requests, Expense Sheets or Timesheets for any User that is a member of the Role.

The options selected here are only related to transaction entry permissions.  To setup Alternate Approvers go to Approval List setup within WorkPlace Administration for Routing Rule approvals or the General tab for Position based or Project automated approvals.

List of available Users and Roles which can be selected and associated with the currently selected WorkPlace user.

Selected User(s)\Role(s)

List of Users and Roles which have already been associated with the currently selected WorkPlace user.
