Select Timesheets

Timesheet items are available to be selected by an employee from Time Entries captured using the WorkPlace Mobile Application. Available Timesheet entries are based on the Employee the Timesheet is being created for and only Timesheet entries for the selected Time Period on the Timesheet will be available for selection.  The Select Timesheets button on the Timesheet entry page will display the number of available entries in parenthesis. 

Time Entry Fields

Checkbox

Select this checkbox next to the Time entry to indicate that it should be added or deleted when the command button is clicked.

Date

The date for the Timesheet entry line which will populate the Date field on the Timesheet.

Project

This field is only available when integrated with WorkPlace Project Accounting.  This will display the Project selected for the Timesheet entry.

Phase

This field is only available when integrated with WorkPlace Project Accounting.  This will display the Project Phase selected for the Timesheet entry.

Activity

This field is only available when integrated with WorkPlace Project Accounting.  This will display the Activity selected for the Timesheet entry.

Contract

This field is only available when integrated with Dynamics GP Project Accounting.  This will display the Contract selected for the Timesheet entry.

Project

This field is only available when integrated with Dynamics GP Project Accounting.  This will display the Project selected for the Timesheet entry.

Cost Category

This field is only available when integrated with Dynamics GP Project Accounting.  This will display the Cost Category ID selected for the Timesheet entry.

Hours

The number of hours for the Timesheet entry.

Command Buttons

Delete

Allows users to delete mobile entries that will not be used on a Timesheet .  Clicking this will delete the selected items so they are no longer available in the list. 

Add

Clicking this returns you to the Timesheet Entry page in addition to loading all selected Timesheet lines.
