eMail Notifications

WorkPlace can be configured to work in conjunction with your SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server to facilitate approval and review status information by sending an eMail Notification.

The first step is to establish eMail settings on the System Settings page.

The Security page contains a Notify via eMail section that allows you to define how the eMail system works for a given individual informing them of the status of the requisition document and to notify approvers of Documents awaiting approval.
