Once an Expense Sheet has been submitted, it is marked as "Pending Approval" and is ready to be loaded into a new Approval Session. The loading process moves Item(s) Pending Approval into the Approval Session editing screen and creates a new Expense Approval Session.
First, select the "Item(s) Pending Approval" link below the Open Expense Approval Sessions heading. You will then be routed to the Load Options page which automatically appears on the initial load of records into a new Approval Session.
These options give the user the ability to restrict, based on selected criteria, which records are loaded. Items available for a user to load may be further restricted by establishing Filter Templates. If no restriction parameters exist and no load options are input, all records available to the user will be loaded into the new Approval Session.
Available restriction parameters are listed below. Otherwise, simply select LOAD to move all available expense sheets into the new Approval Session.
Load
Select or type in a single or consecutive range of employees to process only these records into the new Approval Session.
Select or type a From and To Time Period to process only these records into the new Approval Session.
Select or type in a single or consecutive range of Departments to process only these records into the new Approval Session.
Selection of parameters is optional and only need to be used if you wish to restrict the records to be processed.
