Filter Templates

Administration > Maintenance > Filter Templates

Filter Templates can be configured and associated with WorkPlace users in security to manage work flow restrictions and/or requirements during access to Review and Receiving sessions to manage their load options during these sessions.  Select the criteria you wish to filter and then select the filter on the user’s Security page under the Other section.  Only those records will load when the user enters either the Review and/or Receiving session.

When Filter Templates are used within the Standard WorkPlace application, the WorkPlace Administrator can define parameters to manage work flow and load restrictions for Buyers during Requisition/Check Request Review.

With the WorkPlace Receiving Module Filter Templates are created to define criteria to manage user restrictions during Purchase Order Receiving Load.

With the Budget Manager Module Filter Templates are created to define criteria used during Requisition/Check Request and Expense Entry for Budget Code requirements and restrictions.

With the WorkPlace Inventory Module, Filter Templates can be assigned to users as an Inventory Load Tolerance Filter to manage user restrictions when loading Physical Inventory, Transfer/Release Ship and Transfer/Release Receipt sessions.
