Metrics Dashboard

The Metrics tab provides users a centralized view to their most importance charts, graphs, tables and other KPI's at a single glance from the available Metrics assigned to them in Security.

Metrics

By default, the first 9 Metrics that the user has security permission to view will appear with their captions as titles.  The following actions will be available depending on the type of metric being displayed;

 Table View

Metrics that are defined as a chart type will allow users to temporarily view the data in a table summary view by clicking this icon.

Metric

This option becomes available when in Table View for a chart metric to return to the default graphical view.

Export

The export option will be available when viewing a Table Metric to export the results to a csv file.

View

Table metrics can be expanded to view more details in a larger pane by clicking the view icon.

Filter By

Clicking the filter icon in the right top most portion of the dashboard will open the Filter By pane that lists all Metrics that the user has access to.  By selecting each Metric in this pane, users are able to toggle their view status on and off.  If the user attempts to select more than nine, they will be prompted with a message that 'Only 9 Metrics can be displayed' on the Dashboard.
