Time Card

The Time Card form is available when Time is interfaced with Workplace Project and the Maintenance > Central > System Setting > Time > Enable Time Card is checked or when interfaced with Dynamics GP Project Accounting and the 'Allow Entry by Time' option is enabled within Timesheet Setup Options.  It is available as an icon on the Timesheet entry form which is located next to the date header on each column of the Timesheet.  Once clicked the user will be presented with a page to enter their in/out times for the selected Timesheet entry.

Entry Fields

Delete Checkbox

Checking this and clicking save will remove the associated line.

Time Start Hour

Required field and valid values are 1-12.

Time Start Minutes

Default value is 0 and valid values are 0-59.

Time Start AM/PM

Default value is AM and valid values are AM and PM.

Time End Hour

Required field and valid values are 1-12.

Time End Minutes

Default value is 0 and valid values are 0-59.

Time End AM/PM

Default value is AM and valid values are AM and PM.
