All WorkPlace application modules and some features are activated by the WorkPlace License. Licensing for the application is by named user, based on the @@Servername of the SQL Server that the WorkPlace databases are installed to.
All active users in WorkPlace Security count against WorkPlace licensing.
Workplace license information and expiration date, if applicable, can be viewed by selecting Help > About WorkPlace on the System Toolbar or clicking About from the Dashboard.
To request and load a new license:
Click the link "Retrieve License Request Information" and save the file (note the folder where you save the file).
Fill out the License Request Form at Paramount's website.
Submit your License Info file and Request form to Paramount.
Load your new License Certificate.
Press "Continue to Re-Log On" and login to WorkPlace.
