The Workplace Receiving add-on module provides a web-enable Purchase Order receiving capability through the WorkPlace application. This features allows users to receive goods or services that they have requested regardless of their physical location. The receiving module allows a user to receive against multiple PO's created from within the WorkPlace review session or those created directly within Microsoft Dynamics GP. WorkPlace receiving creates 100% compliant Microsoft Dynamics GP transactions.
The Receiving Module provides two methods for user; Automatic Receiving through a Wizard interface and Manual Receiving entry. The method available is dependent on user Security setup.
