When Activities are accessed from within the Projects page, users can associate pre-existing activities to phases within an established project.
Edit
This button is available when the Project System Setting 'Enable Approval' is checked. When a project activity is active, it will allow the user to edit activity information and resubmit the changes for approval.
Submit
Submit for approval. This button is available when the Project System Setting 'Enable Approval' is checked.

This button is available when the Project System Setting 'Enable Approval' is checked to display pending approvers and approval history.
This button is available when the WorkPlace G/L Budget module is licensed to setup and maintain Budgets by Period. When selected, budget to actual information will be displayed for the specified 'G/L Account Expense' account and period based on the current date.
This field is only available when Intercompany is registered and will display the Inter-Company for the Project selected on the Project Tab.

Informational numeric field that could be used to note the estimated or quoted units to complete this specific phase activity.

When Expenses or Purchase Orders are received against this Phase the amount on the transaction will be multiplied by this field to calculate the amount to bill. The field is in whole number percentages, meaning that 25% would be entered as 25.
Type in the name or select a valid Labor Group ID using the zoom control.
Type in or select a valid date using the zoom control. Use this field to identify a delivery deadline for an item.
Type or Select a Unit of Measure using the zoom control (i.e. each, box, ton, etc.)

This section is available when Advanced Account Lookup is licensed to allow selection of default G/L Segment values for the assigned Activity.
Each active G/L Segment ID will be listed and available for selection. The field label will be based on the Description entered on the G/L Segment maintenance page.
