GL Distribution

Specify any number of accounts to distribute a lines amount to.  The total percentage must equal 100%.  When amounts are calculated against the percentages the first account will always receive any rounding offsets.

When the 'Enable G/L Analysis on Distribution' System Setting has been enabled, line amounts can also be distributed across both G/L Account and G/L Analysis codes for Requisition, Check Request, Purchase Order, Receiving Wizard and Receive / Match Invoice lines.

G/L Distributions are not available for Split Expense Sheet lines.  If an Expense Line has been split, the user will be presented with a message indicating "G/L Distributions are not available for Split".  If a line has saved G/L Distributions, they will be removed when the line is subsequently split.
