Administration > Maintenance > Roles
This optional feature allows you to easily group like users, such as Development Department requesters, within the WorkPlace application, then relate the roles or roles which apply to a WorkPlace user in Security setup.
Optionally, user setup, approval lists and approval routing can be based on roles rather than by individual WorkPlace users within your organization. Designed for large user environments to simplify configuration and setup of WorkPlace Security, Approval Lists and Routing Rules.
The Roles page allows you to establish security settings for the Selected Role.
