Security Access - General Ledger

Selecting the Allow checkbox gives the user full access to the following General Ledger options.  If nothing is selected for the option, the user will not have access.

G/L Account

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain GL Account.

G/L Account Group

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain GL Account Group.

G/L Analysis

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain GL Analysis.

G/L Analysis Group

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain GL Analysis Group.

G/L Analysis Group Account

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain GL Analysis Group Account.

G/L Budget

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain G/L Budgets.

G/L Journal Batch Post

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to run the G/L Journal Batch Post routine.

G/L Journal

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to enter General Ledger Journal entry requests by selecting the G/L Journal Requisition type on the Requisition/Check Request entry page.

G/L Period

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain G/L Periods.

G/L Posting Code

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain Posting Codes.

G/L Segment

Selecting ALLOW gives a user the ability to setup and maintain G/L Segments when Advanced Account Lookup/Dimensions is licensed.

reports

Selecting ALLOW gives the selected user the ability to run the report.  A link for each available report will be displayed on the Reports section of the dashboard.
