WorkPlace Reports

All WorkPlace Standard Reports available for your environment will appear on this tab.  The available reports are be determined by available WorkPlace modules and interfaces as well as individual security.

Additionally, with the WorkPlace Crystal Report Engine, any custom developed reports created for your environment will appear on this tab as well.

To print a Report, select the report caption desired.  Standard reports which may be available include:

Administration

Approval List

Displays Users/Roles assigned to an approval list along with any alternates assigned to the list.

Approval List by User

Shows approval lists by user that the user is member of.  Types of membership include: Approver, Approver Role Member, Alternate Approver, or Alternate Approver Role Member.

Audit Detail

Available with the WorkPlace Audit module license to provide a list of record level changes for selected system and transaction records.

Department Listing

Displays a listing of all departments.

Group Routing Rules

Shows all Group Routing Rules setup in the system with options to restrict by Group Name and to display Non-Financial List Item(s).

Individual Routing Rules

Shows all Individual Routing Rules setup in the system with options to restrict by User ID and to display Non-Financial List Item(s).

Licensed Users

Shows all users setup in the system by Company and Module (i.e. Requisition, Time, Expense, etc...) that are currently going against your license.

Non-Financial List

Displays the non-financial lists setup in the system.

Note Codes

Shows all the note codes setup.

Routing Rules by User

Displays all Routing Rules that apply to each User in the system.  Output shows the Precedence, Type of Routing Rule, Approval List, and the Rules established for the Routing Rule.  This report can be run by User and Department.

Security Listing

Displays all WorkPlace Users setup.

User Defined Field Template by User

Shows all UDF field templates and what users are assigned to them.

Users by Role

Available with Role-based security option.  This report provides a list of users that have been associated with an established role.

 

Accounts Payable

Remittance Report

Available with the WorkPlace Payments module to view and print Remittance reports.  Remittance reports can be generated from the Payment Batch or Payments pages or by selecting the Remittance Report option on the Accounts Payable dashboard.

 

Budget

Budget Summary

Available with the WorkPlace Budget module to print for one or more budgets to compare actual amounts in entry, approval, review, PO and receiving against budget and calculate the remaining budget . This report is also available to print directly from the Budget maintenance screen for individual budgets.

 

Expense

Approved Expense Sheet Lines

This report shows all approved Expense Sheet lines.  Input parameters are Expense Sheet Number, Employee ID, Amount Extended Equal To or Greater Than, Amount Extended Equal To or Less Than, Submitted From and Submitted To.  This report will automatically restrict to display only those records that the user has access to based on their Security settings.

Credit Card Import Status

This report can be printed from Reports section of the Expense tab to allow users with assigned permissions to print all imported Credit Card expenses when the ‘Import Expenses as an Expense Sheet’ system setting is unchecked.

Expense Sheet

Printed Expense Sheet available for users to run from the Expense Sheet entry form.

Open Payments

The Open Payments report is available to provide detailed Attendee Tracking details when the 'Enable NPI on Attendee Tracking' Expense System Setting has been enabled.  This report is optimized for Excel export to facilitate Open Payments expense reporting by National Provider ID information that has been processed with Attendee allocations.

Open Travel Requests

This report shows Travel Requests that are still open and have not yet been fully "used" or "consumed" against an Expense Sheet. Input parameters are Employee ID, Department ID, and a Date range.

Un-Applied Credit Card / Mobile Expenses

This report will display pending credit card and mobile expenses that have not been applied to an Expense Sheet across all WorkPlace users.  This is useful for centralized staff entering expenses on behalf of other employees as well as for administrators to verify users are processing these entries in a timely manner.

Unprocessed Expense Sheet Lines

This report shows Expense Sheets that have not been Batch Processed.  Input parameters are Employee ID, Amount Extended Equal To or Greater Than, Amount Extended Equal To or Less Than, Submitted From and Submitted To.

Unsubmitted Expense Sheets by User

This report shows users that have not submitted expense sheets for a specified period of time and can be restricted by Department, Date From and Date To.

 

General Ledger

G/L Budget by Period Report

G/L Budget to Actual report grouped by financial period for a specified Budget ID that displays the G/L Account and / or Dimension and description with the original Budget, Actual and Remaining amounts.  The report can be restricted by Inter-company, Period and G/L Account range.

G/L Reconcile Report

Displays all WorkPlace general journal entries for Procurement transactions when Accrual Accounting is activated and for WorkPlace Inventory Management transactions.  The report can be restricted by posting date, inter-company, journal numbers, G/L Accounts, G/L Analysis restrictions, Document 01, Document 02, posted and unposted transactions.  

 

Inventory

Count Sheet

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to print a count sheet for a Physical Inventory count.  This report is also available to print directly from the Physical Inventory Session.

Inventory Adjustment

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to print a processed Inventory Adjustment.  This report is also available to print directly from a processed Inventory Adjustment session.

Inventory Trial Balance

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to print detailed inventory transactions by G/L Account.

Item/Location Barcode Labels

Prints Item / Location barcode labels with the ability to restrict by range of item or location.

Packing Slip

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to print the packing slip report by Company, Release/Transfer Number or Location.  This report is also available to print directly from the Transfer/Release Ship session.

Physical Inventory Variance

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to print the detailed quantity and cost variances related to a processed inventory count.  This report is also available to print directly from a processed Physical Inventory session.

Pick List

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory Fulfillment module.  This report allows the user to print the pick list ticket by Pick List Number or Site.

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to print the pick list report by Company, Release/Transfer Number or Location.  This report is also available to print directly from the Requisition Review, Release Request and Transfer Request sessions.

Stock Status

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to report details for on-hand, in-transit and allocated inventory quantities and value by item and location.  This report provides detailed serial/lot, bin and expiration date information.

Stock Status Summary

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to report summary on-hand, in-transit and allocated inventory quantities and value by item and location.

Transfer/Release Receipt

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to display detailed transfer/release receipt items.  This report is also available to print directly from the Transfer/Release Receipt session.

Transfer/Release Requests Available to Receive

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to display detailed transfer/release items that have been shipped and are available to Receive.

Transfer/Release Requests Available to Ship

Available with the WorkPlace Inventory module to display detailed transfer/release requests that have been submitted and are available to Ship.

 

Project

Activity Budget by Project

Available with the WorkPlace Project solution to display total budget, actual and remaining amounts organized by Activity across projects.  This report can be restricted by ranges of date, Project, Phase and Activity.   

Budget Summary by Customer

Displays the budget, actual and remaining summary amounts organized by Customer.  This report can be restricted by ranges of Customer, date, Project, Phase and Phase Activity.

Budget Summary by Customer Class

Displays the budget, actual and remaining summary amounts organized by Customer Class.  This report can be restricted by ranges of Customer Class, date, Project, Phase and Phase Activity.  

Budget Summary by Project Type

Displays the budget, actual and remaining summary amounts organized by Project Type.  This report can be restricted by ranges of Project Type, date, Project, Phase and Phase Activity.  

Invoice

Available with the WorkPlace Project billing solution to print invoices by invoice number, Project and/or Phase with options to hide comments, employee, void and logo.

Project Budget Listing

Shows all WorkPlace Project Budgets organized by Project, Phase and Activity by period. This report displays the budget, spent and remaining amounts and can be restricted by ranges of date, Project, Phase and Activity.

Project Budget Spent Details

Prints detailed activity report over a specified period of time.  This report displays the budget, spent and remaining amounts along with detailed transactions for the specified date range and can be restricted by ranges of date, Project, Phase and Activity.

Unbilled Project Transactions

Available with the WorkPlace Project solution to list all transactions that have not been billed.

 

Purchase Order

Open Purchase Order Accrual Details

Displays a detailed purchasing accrual report of amounts by Company and G/L account based on Purchase Orders that have been received but not yet invoiced.  

Open Purchase Order Details

Displays detailed receiving transactions for all open Purchase Orders and can be restricted by Department, PO Number, Vendor ID and/or range of Receipt dates.

Outstanding Purchase Orders

Displays a listing of all Purchase Orders that have not been fully received and are in a specified department and/or between a range of required dates.

Outstanding Purchase Orders by Department

Displays a listing of all Purchase Orders that have not been fully received and can be restricted by department, G/L Account, Ship To address and/or range of required dates.  The user running this report must have access to the departments that the purchase order lines were created from.

Outstanding Purchase Orders for my Requisitions

Displays a listing of all Purchase Orders that have not been fully received automatically restricted based on the user running the report.  The report will display only outstanding Purchase Orders that contain at least one Purchase Order line that originated from a Requisition created by the user and / or one of their assigned transaction alternates as defined on their Security profile.  The user also has the option to restrict the report further by department, G/L Account, Ship To address and/or range of required dates.  

Purchase Order

The printed Purchase Order report can be printed from the Purchase Order entry page.

Purchase Orders by Department

Shows purchase orders for a specified department and/or within a range of document dates.  The user running this report must have access to the departments that the purchase order lines were created from.

Purchase Orders by Vendor

Shows all purchase orders grouped by Vendor for a specified Vendor, Item, Item Group and/or within a range of document dates.

Purchase Orders Not Transmitted to Vendor

Shows purchase orders not automatically transmitted to vendors. This report can also be printed by Vendor or date selection.

 

Receive/Match Invoice

Auto-Receive Detail

Available with the WorkPlace Receiving module, this reports provides details of auto-receipt sessions performed from the WorkPlace application.

Purchase Orders Received but Not Match Invoiced

Shows all Purchase Orders that have been received and are not fully invoice matched with details on quantities ordered, received, rejected and invoiced.  This report can be restricted by Department, PO Number, Vendor and/or range of Receipt dates.

Unmatched Invoices

Shows all Purchase Orders that have been invoiced but not received when the 'Allow Entry of Un-Matched Quantities for an Invoice' System Setting is enabled.

Unprocessed Receive/Match Invoices

Displays a listing of any unprocessed Receive/Match Invoices in the system.

 

Requisition/Check Request

Outstanding Purchase Orders

Displays a listing of all Purchase Orders that have not been fully received and are in a specified department and/or between a range of required dates.

Outstanding Purchase Orders by Department

Displays a listing of all Purchase Orders that have not been fully received and can be restricted by department, G/L Account, Ship To address and/or range of required dates.  The user running this report must have access to the departments that the purchase order lines were created from.

Outstanding Purchase Orders for my Requisitions

Displays a listing of all Purchase Orders that have not been fully received automatically restricted based on the user running the report.  The report will display only outstanding Purchase Orders that contain at least one Purchase Order line that originated from a Requisition created by the user and / or one of their assigned transaction alternates as defined on their Security profile.  The user also has the option to restrict the report further by department, G/L Account, Ship To address and/or range of required dates.  

Print Requisition/Check Request

Allows users to select and print a single Requisition or Check Request, this report is also available on the Requisition/Check Request Entry page.

Priority

Display a listing of all priority codes.

Processed Requisition/Check Request

Prints a detailed activity report of any/all Requisition/Check Request transactions that have been entered into the system and fully processed from Review.  This report can also be printed by department, user, priority or date selection.

Purchase Orders by Department

Shows purchase orders for a specified department and/or within a range of document dates.  The user running this report must have access to the departments that the purchase order lines were created from.

Purchase Orders by Vendor

Shows all purchase orders grouped by Vendor for a specified Vendor, Item, Item Group and/or within a range of document dates.

Purchase Orders Not Transmitted to Vendor

Shows purchase orders not automatically transmitted to vendors. This report can also be printed by Vendor or date selection.

Shopping List

Display a listing of all shopping lists setup.

Unprocessed Requisition/Check Request

Prints a detailed activity report of any/all Requisitions and Check Requests that have been entered into the system, but have not yet been processed from Review.  This report can also be printed by department, user, priority or date selection.

Unprocessed Requisition/Check Request Restricted by Department

Prints a detailed activity report of any/all Requisitions and Check Requests that have been entered into the system, but have not yet been processed from Review and the user is restricted by department.  This report can also be printed by department, user, priority or date selection.

Unprocessed Requisition/Check Request with Delegate

Prints a detailed activity report of any/all Requisitions and Check Requests that have been entered into the system, but have not yet been processed from Review and includes transactions waiting for Delegate review.  This report can also be printed by department, user, priority or date selection.

Time

Print Timesheet

Available for users to select and print a Timesheet from either Timesheet Entry or the Dashboard.

Time by Project

Available with the WorkPlace Project solution to display detailed time entries with hour and rate totals by Project, Phase and Activity.

Time by Project Restricted by Department

Available with the WorkPlace Project solution to display detailed time entries with hour and rate totals by Project, Phase and Activity. This report will automatically be restricted based on the Department(s) they are assigned to on the Department tab in Security.

Time Utilization

This report displays the total hours worked, chargeable, non-chargeable and utilization amounts for each employee by Department.

Timesheet Status

This report displays the current status of Timesheets, such as: Missing, Waiting for Approval, Approved, and Processed.

Timesheet Status Restricted by Department

This report displays the current status of Timesheets, such as: Missing, Waiting for Approval, Approved, and Processed.  This report will automatically be restricted based on the Department(s) they are assigned to on the Department tab in Security.

Vendor Contract

Contract Status

Prints a report for any/all Vendor Contracts including contract details and status subtotals along the requisition process.  Process subtotals are provided by dollar amount and quantity of line items for each of the following categories:

Requisition/Check Request Entry, Requisition/Check Request Approval, Requisition/Check Request Review, Purchase Order and Remaining Amount  (unused dollars and line items).
