Selecting the Allow checkbox gives the user full access to the following Requisition/Check Request options. If nothing is selected for the option, the user will not have access.
Selecting ALLOW gives the user the ability to select the "Auto" fulfillment option for a requisition line. WorkPlace will automatically determine the fulfillment type upon save of the Requisition. If the requisition line item is quantity tracked, Location is specified but Location To is not the line will be set to Release. If the requisition line item is quantity tracked and Location From and To are specified the line will be set to Transfer. If the requisition line item is not specified or is not quantity tracked then the line will be set to PO.

field. This extended zoom will find all Cost Categories not assigned
to the selected Project. Upon save the Cost Category will be assigned
the Project. Also, if the user has this enabled they can also key
in the Cost Category as well.
Selecting
ALLOW will display an extended

on the Requisition/Check Request Entry form next to the Inventory Item
field. This extended zoom will display all Items not currently associated
with the Project Cost Category. Upon save the Item will be assigned the
Project Cost Category. Also, if the user has this enabled they can
also key in the Item as well.
Selecting ALLOW displays a password field that is setup in Project Series, this password is required if lines exceed the project budget setup within Project Series.
Selecting ALLOW allows the user to see the Project Series Budgets on the Requisition/Check Request Details page.
